Samuel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the Wisconsin University. He is also a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants-Ghana.

With over a decade worth of work experience in the Finance world and remarkable record of accomplishments, he brings a wealth of experience into his new role as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Finance Officer (CFO) of Opportunity International Savings and Loans Company. He has also occupied positions such as Financial Controller, Audit Manager and Chief Internal Auditor.

Prior to joining Opportunity International in 2004, Sammy worked with West African Examination Council (WAEC) –Ghana as an Internal Auditor for 4 years and Sinapi Aba Trust (SAT) as an audit officer for a year.
