Samuel is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG) with over ten (10) years post qualification experience. He also holds Executive MBA in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting.

Samuel is the Deputy CEO and Chief Financial Officer of Opportunity International a position he has occupied since 2011. He has over twenty years of work experience with remarkable records of accomplishments working with OISL, Sinapi Aba Trust, West African Examination Council, Maglab Hotel and Jerry Mills Lamptey Chartered Accounting Firm.
